Yes, Laura & Christelle are our ASCA aggregated therapists. After having checked with your insurance if you are indeed insured for this type of therapy, book your massage with one of them and mention to us your desire to be refunded. We will send an invoice to you by email after your session.

At Mash Massage, we understand that every minute of your time is precious : we do our best to minimise any organisational worries. We arrive at your home 5 to 10 minutes before your appointment time, and we advise you to allow at least 30 minutes after the end of your massage, in order to enjoy your relaxation.

Please let us know your wishes and trust us, or request your preferred therapist. Should you wish to choose your massage therapist, the online calendar will let you do so.

No. We work as a team and we guarantee you the complete and optimal internal communication of your health details, expectations and preferences. There is no need to repeat yourself, and your treatment will be tailor-made for you, even by different therapists.
We offer several payment options: you can pay by Twint (QR code scan), or by credit/debit card at the end of your massage (all our massage therapists carry a card reader). Please note that exceptional cases aside, we are not able to accept cash (except for tips).

Booking a massage implies acceptance of our terms and conditions: any inappropriate sollicitation may lead to the immediate interruption of the service with obligation to pay.
